TEAM INFO SPACE

Is a sheet where every team in AIESEC ANFA can share their updates, objectives of the week, and have the necessary info in one sheet like contact and JDs.

>>All teams need to use the online Info Space sheets and check it regularly (Team Leaders and VPs are the first responsibles of their team sheet management). HOW? Create yours by clicking 'Fichier' > 'Crée une copie' and share it with your team and VP.

 

TRACKING SHEET

Is a sheet where you, as a Team Leader, can track each of your members, score, comment and have an easy communication with your Vice President.

>>Every Team Leader needs to create one for his/her team and share it with his/her VP. HOW? Create yours by clicking 'Fichier' > 'Crée une copie' and share it with your VP.

 

TRAINEE TRACKER

Is a sheet with tabs for all our exchange dunctions (oGCDP, iGCDP, oGIP, iGIP) enabling exchangers to have a clear idea about matches of their EPs or TNs.

>>All exchange departments need to use the “Trainee Tracker” for a regular checking (VPs are the last responsibles).

Google doc spreadsheets created for team work need to follow specific constructions.
>Title: AIESEC ANFA + Subject + Month/Year

> Sheets made for only specific members of a team need to be shared with the team’s AIESEC mails.

> Sheets made for AIESEC ANFA membership need to be shared with everyone having the link.

> Modification permission needs to be given to the respective VP/TL in all sheets.

> Modification permission needs to be given to the respective VPs/TLs in all sheets for synergy.

All events that are scheduled (by a dept., the LC, the MC, the other LCs, globally..), meetings, and special occasions can be mentionned over AIESEC ANFA Official Calendar.

LC Reimbursement Form

Is a form provided by the Finance department for Team Leaders to fill for their teams expenses related to AIESEC work, and to be submitted to the concerned VP with the VPF in Cc.

 

The Minutes (for meetings' outcome)

During the meeting, one person needs to be allocated as the responsible of reporting the outcome in max 48 hours throughtout filling the meeting minutes and sending it back to the team with the VPTM in Cc.

*All scheduled meetings need to have an announced theme (e.g. Empower) and agenda before the hold of the meeting.
