All facebook internal groups need to be “secret”.

LC ANFA group needs to be administrated by the whole EB team.

LC ANFA group posts needs to be related to AIESEC world. Posts about studies and spams will be deleted immediately.

ANFA Management Board group was created to assist the teams synergies. TLs and P positions do have access to this group. All the EB team administrate the group but mainly the VPTM.

Every department need to have a facebook group.

Department groups are to be administrated only by the respective VP.

The LCP and VPTM need to be present in all official department groups but has no right in interacting with the team (post/like/comment).

Every Team Leader needs to create his team’s group and make as admin his/her respective VP.

VPs can create a Middle Management group for their Team Leaders.

Any other groups created as an AIESEC work space needs to have the concerned VP presence (concerned VPs and the VPTM in case of synergy).

Fan Page creation are to avoid, all information are to be centralized over AIESEC ANFA Official Page.
