The address email: aiesec.anfa@aiesec.net is the official address of AIESEC ANFA, it needs to be communicated to all stakeholders and used for the following:

Communication coming from the external world (stakeholders, partners and sponsors).

Official communication to the external world (newsletters, sales meeting scheduling, occasion mails..).

Communication with  the support departments

Each Active Member/Team Leader belonging to core activities needs to use the “support department mail addresses” to send his/her requests to.

For TM: talent.management@aiesec.net

For IM²: im2.aiesecanfa@gmail.com

For Finance: General Budget Manager: mehdi.qandili@aiesec.net

All design requests need to be sent to: design.aiesecanfa@gmail.com

*All emails need to contain a clear definition of the request, all the needed details to accomplish it, and a deadline for delivery. The deadline can be 3 days for posters, cover photos and profile photo, 4 days for a logo and 1 week for a booklet. If you have an urgent need within 48h, specify it in your email subject title.

Only Team Leaders of every department have access to those mails, and need to check if regularly, every 48 hours (Vice Presidents are the last responsibles).

*The requests won’t be replied in case they weren’t submitted through the official mentionned way.
